This Wok is made from carbon steel so it heats up fast and you can get it really hot to give the true caramelised flavour. It has a flat bottom so you can use it on modern hobs, but it still has curvature and a smooth bowl shape. It is ideal for stir frying and deep frying and for making meals for 1 to 2.

Carbon Steel must be seasoned and stored in a dry environment. Instructions on how to season your carbon steel wok are on the packaging. Your wok will rust if these instructions aren't followed but look after it and it'll just get better with age! Not dishwasher safe.
