CORONAVIRUS - STORE & DELIVERY INFORMATION UPDATE.
In line with the government advice released on the 23.03.2020, our stores will be closed until further notice. All of our staff members will be staying at home to help prevent the spread of this virus. This will hopefully help to keep as many people as safe and healthy as possible while relieving the pressure on the NHS, Doctors Surgeries, Pharmacies and all the other medical services that we will be relying on to get us through this difficult time. We, as a company, are so grateful to everyone who is putting their own health at risk to help others, which is why it's so important we close our doors and stay inside.
We will be using this time to update our website, we have so many wonderful and specialist products to share with you all but if you can't find what you are looking for please email us - firstname.lastname@example.org - and we'll do our best to help!
Delivery Information - all orders placed between 20.05.20 and the 25.05.20 will be dispatch on Tuesday the 26th of May 2020.
We will continue to process online orders between 2 and 3 times a week. All orders will be processed by one person to stay in line with social distancing. We will contact all customers with a date they can expect their order to be processed. This may change in the coming weeks depending on the advice we receive.
Please note that we use UPS and Royal Mail for all deliveries, currently both of these companies have a slightly longer than normal delivery times. Any local orders we will try to deliver ourselves, these will be contact-less deliveries.

Abraxas offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £45 (UK Mainland only).

Our delivery charge outside UK Mainland i.e. the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland is £14.95.
We are able to deliver to most areas in the UK and Northern Ireland but sometimes it may not always be possible for us to deliver certain products to these areas. Please do not hesitate to contact us in this instance where we will do our very best to offer an alternative solution.
We are sorry that we are unable to accept orders outside the UK.
Further Delivery Information
We use specified carriers who deliver Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6pm, though times may vary.
If your order contains some items that are not in stock, we will wait until all items are available before dispatching your order unless otherwise notified.
If there is no-one in when we deliver, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or collect your order.
We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure. If this affects your order we will contact you as soon as possible by email or telephone.
All orders with a medium or high risk fraud alert are automatly cancelled and refunded. We will email you to inform you of this and give another option to place your order. This policy is to protect our business and customers.
