CORONAVIRUS - IN-STORE
All stores are reopening from Monday the 15th of June 2020, inline with the Government advice, for normal opening hours listed on the Our Shops section of our website.

We will continue to process online orders between 2 and 3 times a week. All orders will be processed in line with social distancing guidelines. We will contact all customers with a date they can expect their order to be processed.
Please note, we use UPS and Royal Mail for all deliveries, and currently both of these companies have a slightly longer than normal delivery times. Any local orders we will try to deliver ourselves, and these will be contact-less deliveries.

REGULAR DELIVERY INFORMATION
Abraxas offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £45 (UK Mainland only).
We will make every effort to ensure that the products featured on our website are in stock so that orders can be processed and dispatched quickly and efficiently. We will endeavour to contact you as quickly as possible if a product is out of stock or unavailable. Having contacted you there are three options available:
Shipping of certain specialist items may take slightly longer. We will contact you and await instruction in this instance.
You are very welcome to contact us to get a confirmed delivery date before placing you order and we will do our very best to help you. Delivery charges will be displayed prior to completion of your order.

Our delivery charge outside UK Mainland i.e. the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland is £14.95.
We are able to deliver to most areas in the UK and Northern Ireland but sometimes it may not always be possible for us to deliver certain products to these areas. Please do not hesitate to contact us in this instance where we will do our very best to offer an alternative solution.
We are sorry that we are unable to accept orders outside the UK.
Further Delivery Information
We use specified carriers who deliver Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6pm, though times may vary.
If there is no-one in when we deliver, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or collect your order.
We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure. If this affects your order we will contact you as soon as possible by email or telephone.
All orders with a medium or high risk fraud alert are automatly cancelled and refunded. We will email you to inform you of this and give another option to place your order. This policy is to protect our business and customers.
