School of Wok Carbon Steel Round Bottomed Wok

Cook up an authentic stir-fry or curry in this 33cm Carbon Steel round bottom wok.  Carbon Steel is really conductive but reactive, so get it hot to flash or deep fry but reduce the heat down at let it bubble away for infused sauces and curries. The rubber wood handle is ergonomic and has a handy loop to hang if required.

This wok has a rounded base so can only be used with a wok ring. 

Carbon Steel must be seasoned and stored in a dry environment. Instructions on how to season your carbon steel wok are on the packaging. Your wok will rust if these instructions aren't followed but look after it and it'll just get better with age!
