The Circulon Total 30cm Covered Skillet is the perfect piece for everyday cooking. The large surface area gives plenty of room to braise, sauté and caramelise the base of your dish such as vegetables, meat, poultry and fish, while the generous depth allows for sauces and stock to be added. The curved sides also make this a great pan for stir fry style dishes. Oven up to 180°C to finish meals off under the grill or in the oven. Use the glass lid when simmering away to keep in the heat and reduce cooking time.
